Soap Plant / Wacko does NOT accept returns or exchange except for the following situations:

1.) An item of clothing your ordered doesn't fit.
2.) The item that you ordered arrived damaged, defective, or is incorrect.

In either situation, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of your package.

Be sure to have the following information ready to give to us:
* Your name
* The name of the person who placed the order (if it wasn't you)
* Your order number
* The item that you're calling about (and its item number, if you have it) and what's wrong with it
* An email address where we can contact you.
Once we have all that  information, we will issue you a Return Authorization number, and email you a form to print out, fill out, and include with your return.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We'll apologize, then issue you a return label so that the shipping is covered by us. Once the item comes back to us, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. (Please note: If the item arrived in a damaged shipping box, please keep the box. We'll want to make a claim with the shipping company, and they may want to see the box.)

If you're returning an item of clothing that doesn't fit:
Sorry, but the shipping's on your dime. When you return your item, you have three options:
Getting the same item in a different size;
Exchanging it for something entirely different;
Or getting the money transferred to a Wacko Gift Card to use at a later date. 
If you decide to make an exchange for something of lesser value, we will credit the difference onto a Wacko Gift Card. If the exchanged item is of greater value, we'll  charge the difference to the credit card that you made the original purchase with, unless you otherwise specify. We'll also charge shipping costs for the exchanged item to you on this card.
* Be sure to contact us BEFORE shipping items back to us. If we get stuff back that doesn't include a Return Authorization Number or a return form, we'll charge you a 25% restocking fee.
* All clothing items being returned must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags still on it, in order for us to accept them. (In other words, if they don't pass the sniff test, they're coming right back to you.)
* Act quick! We won't accept returns or exchanges if you wait too long to contact us. (And "too long" means longer than 5 days from receipt of your package.)
* Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
* All returns/exchanges must be resolved within 1 month of your order.
