SHIPPING PRACTICES


SOAP PLANT + WACKO ships domestic & world-wide. Shipping costs depend on the weight of package, package destination & method of shipping selected by customer.

Once an order is received via our website, we check our in-store inventory to fill it. If any items on the order are out-of-stock, our shipping manager will contact you and ammend the order total.

Completed orders are then shipped out the next business day via the agency & method selected. Tracking information is then emailed to you, so that you may track the arrival of your order.


To check shipping costs for an order, simply enter your zip code or postal code under 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' on the Shopping Cart page & hit 'Shipping Options'. A scroll-down menu will appear with a variety of shipping methods from USPS & UPS. Please note that customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
